Hidden Valley Park Senior Pictures | Emma | Whitney Beth Photography
If you thought I was lucky with fall colors in my last blog post, wait until you see this one! Emma is the cutest senior you will meet! She wanted fall colors for her senior pictures, but due to play practice schedule she had to wait until after the show was over to be available when the sun was still out. These were taken about the third week in November. Crazy, right?! I take a daily drive after lunch each day to get my (then) 15 month old to fall asleep. It’s a great set up, we drive for 10-15 minutes, I listen to my podcasts and location scout. It was on this drive that I noticed this random patch of oak trees off the side of the road. It was next to a water conservation “park.” I snapped some pictures on my phone, dropped a pin and knew we had our spot of color! It was also very conveniently located just east of Hidden Valley Park. So once Emma and I had explored and gotten all we needed from this random patch of trees off the side of the road, we headed up to Hidden Valley Park to get some variety and wide angle shots with more scenery. Emma is such a fun person to be around and I loved getting to photograph her. Not to mention, it was deceptively cold! It may look warm and toasty in the photos, but between shots were both shaking and shivering as the sun dipped lower and lower. I can’t wait to see what she does next in life. Good luck, Emma! I’m excited for you!
