The Loft Extended Family Session | Bowen | Whitney Beth Photography
Nestled in Lehi, Loft Studio’s century-old floor and natural light provided the backdrop for a special session with the Bowen family. With eight adult children and their families, we totaled 36 people. The energy in the room was amazing!
As a family and senior photographer in Utah, I’ve had the privilege of capturing many special moments. All my clients, including the Bowen family, receive prints as part of their package. The print that I’m most excited about is their giant 30×50 that will be hung in their family room!
Right away you could tell this was a close family. Cousins played and caught up, and I loved having a front row seat. It felt like I was part of the family, and I could pull up a seat at Sunday dinner.
We started with the big group shot. It was so cool to see the tiers of generations. The love and connection were tangible, creating images that will surely be cherished for years.
We then focused on the grandkids and grandparents, capturing the unique bond between the eldest and youngest family members. It was so cool to see what became because of these two people.
Finally, we photographed each family individually, in micro-mini sessions. highlighting their unique dynamics and connections. From parents’ affection to siblings’ playfulness, each moment captured was a testament to their strong family bonds.
As the session concluded, it was clear that the Bowen family’s unity was the highlight of the day. It was a privilege to document their bond, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for them.
