Fields is four! My little Power Rangers loving guy requested a Dino Fury Power Rangers theme for his special day. Let me tell you, I really thought there would be more decorations for Power Rangers in store and was very disappointed in the selection. AKA there was none. This winning mom also waited until it was too late to Amazon something over. So instead, we settled for lots of blue and gold in honor of Foo’s favorite ranger. I made up the invite in Canva really quick and sent it to all his friends. We started the party with frosting blue cookies with “lots of sprinkles” per the birthday boy’s request. Then we put a candle in the cookie and sang to him. Little bro wanted in on the action and had to be held back for the final blowing of the candles! Haha!
We did presents and then headed outside for a pinata! Since these particular Power Rangers have swords and sabers, we gave each of the attendees a little blow up sword where they fought in the front yard until the party was over. A nice, short and sweet 1 hour birthday party. That was on Saturday. Sunday (aka Mother’s Day) was Fields’ actual birthday and we spent it together with family. I baked Foo a Power Rangers Dino Fury cake and he got spoiled in Power Rangers toys and Pokemon. It was a nice, laid back party for this 8 month pregnant mama. Fields kept saying it was his best birthday ever! I love that little guy.
