This must be what feeling old feels like. I took Kimber’s newborn pictures, and here we are, 8 years later, taking her baptism photos! We took advantage of the poppies in bloom to use that as a location for her photos, and it was perfect! I did these the same day as my mini sessions and ended my jaunt around the poppy field with Kimber, then packed up the kids and headed to the Brigham City Temple. I had never been to this temple before, so it was so neat to explore and photograph Kimber there in preparation for her special day.
It was so fun spending some one on one time with Kimber! She’s my best friend’s daughter, so I’m basically like her weird aunt. We even tell our kids that they are cousins! Ha! Kimber looked like a beautiful fairy princess in the morning light. My favorite was when she realized her dress has pockets! (enjoy the 4 side by side action shots of the realization unfolding.) So grateful to get to document this sweet girl year after year and watch her grow.
