The Griffin family is so much fun! They are the kind of people you could totally spend a whole Saturday with. I met Megan through Amy Hirschi (the genius behind my rebrand and beautiful website.) Megan is one of the graphic designers on Amy’s team. However, we didn’t meet until Amy’s prom styled 30th birthday party when we became dance buddies. This is her husband’s family. When Lori called and we chatted about their family pictures, I was so excited that she wanted them in their backyard! Such a special memory and connection added to these images. You can just tell that they are fun grandparents. They had all kinds of toys and swings and soccer nets for the grandkids to play with and on.
At the session we were able to crank out the big family picture and groupings in no time! Total rockstars. After we got all the configurations we needed, Kati and her family stepped in to have a mini session. Kati bribed her kids with letting them pick their own outfits for their family pictures if they’d cooperate. They turned out pretty good! These guys were a hoot! It’s moments like these when I’m glad I have 9 younger siblings. I instantly go into “big sis” mode when a certain pair of brothers try and convince me that their name is their brothers’ name. haha! We had such a good time, by the end of the session I was wishing I didn’t have to leave and could have stayed longer to play volleyball!
The Griffin’s pictures turned out beautifully! I’m so happy I could be there to document this wonderful family!
